1. We have any experience for choosing heating and
air conditioning water system valve:
(1) Gate valve: the length of valve body is moderate, rotary adjustment
rod, regulation function is good, and be widely used in the large
diameter pipe.
(2) Globe valve:
the valve body is long, rotary adjustment rod, regulation function
is good, applicable to the occasion of the large venues and the
small diameter (usually DN ¡Ü 150mm).
(3) Butterfly valve:
the body valve is short, handle bar-type regulator, regulation
performance is not very good, the price is much high, but the
regulation is easy, applicable to the occasion of the small venues
and large diameter (usually DN £¾ 150mm).
2. Depending on the circumstances, chillers, heat exchangers import
and export, in charge of road regulation, can be selected gate
valve, globe valve or butterfly valve.
3. On the sub-catchment devices, because regulation is the main
function, can select globe valve or gate valve usually.
4. The import of pump installs a valve, the export install two
valves. The one which is near the pump of export is check valve,
the other valve can select gate valve, globe valve or butterfly
valve.
5. Small diameter pipe on the end of device import and export
of the heating and air conditioning can select globe valve or
ball valve.
6. On each floor level pipe of multi-layer and high-rise building
can be installation of balancing valve to balance the flow on
each floor.
7. Tanks and the lowest of piping and equipment installation of
sewage valve, should choose the valve which can turn-off closely,
such as gate valve, the cut-off valve.
8. Steam - condensate piping system, at the entrance of the steam
installed pressure reducing valve generally; in potential high-pressure
fitted with safety valve; in emission fitted with drain valve.
9. Exhaust valve on the heating and air conditioning water systems
used plug valves usually.
