The pressure-reducing valve is the valve
that can reduce the inlet pressure to a desired outlet pressure,and
depend on the energy of
the medium itself,the outlet pressure can automatically remain
stable.From the point of view of fluid mechanics, the valve is

the throttle area, make the kinetic energy and speed of fluid
flow

to have leakage within the prescribed time,for metal sealing ones,the
leakage
is not allowed to be more than 0.5% of the maximum flow.
3. When the Export flow changes,the outlet pressure deviation
of direct-acting reducing valve is less than 20%,and the pilot
operated ones
is less than 10%.
4. When the inlet pressure changes,the outlet pressure deviation
of direct-acting reducing valve is less than 10%,and pilot operated
ones
is less than 5%.
5. Usually,the outlet pressure of pressure-reducing valve is less
than 50% of inlet pressure.
6. The pressure-reducing valve have a very wide application range,
like the steam, industrial gas, compressed air, water, oil and
many other
liquid medium equipment and piping,the flow of medium through
the valve usually indicated by mass flow or volume flow.
7. Bellows direct-acting type reducing valve applicable low-pressure,
small size and steam medium.
8. Film direct-acting type reducing
valve applicable middle-low-pressure,middle and small size,and
air,water medium.
9. Pilot piston type pressure-reducing valve applicable all kinds
of pressure,size,and the steam,air,water of all kind of temperature.
If use acid-proof stainless steel manufactured, the valves can
applicable to various corrosive medium.
10.Pilot bellows type pressure-reducing valve can applicable to
low-pressure,middle,small size, steam,air and other medium.
