Problem A. valve is obstructed
Possible reason:
1. control channel is obstructed by sundries(petty channel can
be easily obstructed )
2. piston is stopped on the highest location .it can't move down
in spite of stress upside so it can't open main channel .
Problem B. valve is pass-through ,
Possible reason:
1. piston is jammed on the certain place (not highest place)
2. handle of main valve
is jammed on the certain place of lead hole of cylinder plate(not
dovetail location)
3. spring down-part of disc of main
valve break or fail
4. handle of pulse valve is jammed on the certain place of seat
hole (not dovetail location),which make piston in stress
5. there is sundries between sealing face of disc and seat of
main valve, or there notch on sealing face
6. Diaphragm is fail because of tired or damaged
Problem C. downstream pressure can't be adjusted.
Possible reasons beside above :
1. regulating spring is failure
2. seam of bonnet leak, which cause pressure leak
Problem D. pulse ripple of downstream pressure is unstable
Possible reasons :
1. dispersion between medium of input and medium of output is
too large
2. regulating spring is not suitable
