1 In the signal butterfly
valve, the screw gearing drive the shaft and disc rotated,
then achieving open and close valve and the valve's flow rate.
2 Rotating the screw gearing handwheel to open the disc and close
the valve's flow rate. If clockwise rotation , it means opening.
In opposite, it means closing.
3 In the screw gearing box, there is a microswitch inside. The
main two types are following:
1)In the actuating device, there are two power switches for opening
and closing, there are two indicator light, named "open"
and " close" , which could show clearly whether the
valve is open or closed.
2)In the actuating device box, there is a closed microswitch
( the oposition of whole closed disc is 0gree Celsius ),. When
the disc turns between 0gree Celsius -40gree Celsius ;the mircoswitch
takes action and output the closing signal; When the disc turns
between 40gree Celsius -90gree Celsius another pair will output
open signal. Adjusting the cam that touched with microswitch to
show the different position of disc.
