Design Feature of Three Way Ball
Valve
Three way ball valve can be dividied into L-type and T-type,
the medium flow direction please see detailed information. L-type
three way ball is applicable in medium derection switch, which
can make the perpendicular two channels connected; T-type three
way ball valve is applicable in medium streaming, mixed or medium
derection switch, T-type can make three channels or two channels
connected. With a multi-purpose three way all valve, either opening
can be used as entry without leakage. It is widely used in water
supply, petrochemical, metallurgical, mining, light textile, energy,
papermaking, foodstuff, steel and pipe system to cut over the
medium direction and stream and mix the flow.
Three way ball valve is a triple channel rotary type ball valve,
the disc of O-type three way ball valve contains L-type and T-type,
which can satisfy different requirements of production process.
According to the needs, any pipe can be use as entrance or export.
L-type valve is for two of the three pipeline resection, T-type
is for three connected pipeline mixing and streamed.
Q44L type two seats seal ball valve have compact structure, aesthetic
appearance, and good seal performance. Also it can realize the
swith of flow direction of medium in pipelines, or make perpendicular
two channels connected or closed.

Three way ball valve uses integrated structure, four seat faces
sealing type, little flange connection, high reliability, the
design achieves light weight.
Three way ball valve has some advantages, as follows,
1. Small fluid resistance, the resistance coefficient is equal
to the pipeline in same length.
2. Simple structure, small volume, light weight.
3. Compact and reliable, the seal materials of ball valve now
widely use plastics, for the good sealing, it has been widely
used vacuum system.
4. Easy operation, quick open and close, from full open to full
close just to rotate 90¡ã, facilitate for remote
control.
5. Convenient maintenance, simple structure, the seal ring is
generally active, remove and replacement are rather convenient.
6. When fully open or fully closed, body and seat sealing, medium
isolate, medium passing won't cause erosion of sealing face.
7. Wide application range, the bore from a few millimeters to
a few meters, which can be used in from high vacuum to high pressure.
